The main item was the discussion of our summer event at Alexanders. We offered a free drink to any new resident and saw some new faces (Centurion House) and a key contact (Matt). Event viewed as successful and will repeat next year but perhaps reconsider the free drink (which we thought might have been unnecessary), think about other venues and hopefully better promoted via social media.
