Puppy fraud is on the increase during this lockdown period. People in Cheshire have paid breeders in good faith, only to find the puppy never existed. As you can’t physically go to see an animal at this time, our advice would be to not hand any money over until a time comes when you are allowed to go and see it and collect in person.
