Main topics of discussion were the on-going Centurion House conversion (which was proceeding well, with Sue Houghton keeping tabs on Blue Oak).

Parking was another topic discussed. Firstly; what advice to give residents if abuse of parking permits (by AirBNB owners or others) was observed. We agreed to circulate council advice on how to report it. Ideas to improve parking provision (adding Sunday to permit parking. changing kings buildings to 10 minutes free) would be discussed with the council.

Work being done to get AirBNB properties licensed via lobbying our MP Sam Dixon was discussed – currently in progress.
