The meeting spent some time discussing the Carol Concert and participation. The event had gone very well and attracted several new residents. Discussion was had about how to increase resident participation – we will discuss more at the Feb meeting.

However, the meeting was dominated by the sad news of the death of Chris Boultwood; one of our long serving committee members and a resident of King Street for decades. Our thoughts were for his wife Anne and family. Perhaps the loss of Chris was summed up beautifully by committee member Sue Houghton “He was a true gent and one of the kindest people I have met” ; a sentiment shared by all committee members.
