Highlights of the December KSARA Committee meeting. This month we spent time discussing the AGM and preparing for the upcoming carol concert. Sue Houghton was praised for her calm chairmanship of the AGM, which worked well at St Peters church (we will try and use this venue for 2024). Improvements for next years AGM would be to try and get AOB items from residents flagged before the meeting so that they can be addressed better by the committee.

The other area of significant discussion was the on-going development of Centurion house by Blue Oak developments; specifically, the issues of lighting and pavement collapse in a highway that was claimed to be unadopted by the council (which is in doubt) and needing engagement with our local councillor (Katrina Kerr).
