Highlights of the November KSARA Committee Meeting. This month we spent time finalising arrangements for the AGM being held at St Peter’s church.

Centurion house was a significant discussion area; we are engaging with Blue Oak (SH/TB) about rough sleeping in the covered entrance area and no lighting in the walkway from Northgate street (we suspect it is controlled by Centurion house). Also covered was our efforts to lobby highways for action on the dangerous Canal street/Northgate street/Gorse stacks junction. The new electronic parking system (replacing paper permits) and difficulties experienced by non-IT connected residents was discussed and will be raised at the AGM for residents feedback.
