The main business was finalising the materials for the AGM and carol concert at St Peters church; which was all completed by meeting end. Mick Confrey was designated chair for the AGM.

Also discussed was one of our focus areas for 2025; changing the parking rules to include Sunday and harmonising the time limit to 10 minutes.

Chas Warwoood announced his intention to resign from the committee but had encouraged Simon Lloyd (Water tower street) to replace him; to be inked at the AGM.
