Around 40 residents got together in the King Street Courtyard for jolly good knees up in celebration of HRH Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II Platinum Jubilee. The Committee organised a pimms reception to toast the Queen and the KSARA community. Neighbours brought along their showstopping dishes and family specialties to create a right royal feast. There was live music from our very own Ellie DJ and a craft table for the children. The evening culminated in a heartwarming rendition of Sweet Caroline, the official song of the Jubilee. Money raised was split between KSARA funds and a donation to the Ukraine humanitarian appeal.
